Diane Ehrlich, Ph.D. is the Chair of the Educational Leadership and Development program at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Diane teaches courses in educational leadership, instructional design and technology, international training, and management, and serves as the coordinator for the Leadership in Higher Education program. Her current research interests are in developing on-line instruction, leadership development, and change management.
In addition to her role as department chair, Diane is involved in the two ENLACE projects with the Latino community (one in Higher Education administration and one working with prospective Latino faculty), a middle school initiative, a project with IBM focused on technology in education, and a school leadership project for high need schools in Illinois. Diane is a new member of the ICIE board and serves on the editorial board of the ICIE journal and the International Journal of Learning and Technology.
