35 years long experience in tertiary educational institutions. Professor in Hungary , France , Australia and Turkey , Head of Dept. in Hungary and in Australia . Carried out teaching work at the Technical Univ. in Budapest/Hungary and at RMIT Univ. Melbourne/Australia as Professor; at the Institute National Polytechnique de Grenoble/France, at the Chalmers University of Technology Göteborg/Sweden, at the Cukurova University in Adana/Turkey, at the Australian Defence Force Academy in Canberra as Visiting Professor.

Main contribution to the tertiary education: philosophy and policy making in tertiary educational system, benchmarking and change management: to the power engineering: theory, design and special measuring-techniques of electrical machines and electrical drives, vibro-acoustics of electrical machines, transformers and high voltage transmission lines, control of environmental pollution, measuring-technique of transient vibro-acoustic signals, economic problems related to electrical drives.

Long experience in professional research work acted as Project Manager for 25 major national and international research projects sponsored by the industry.

Author/co-author of more than 250 papers, articles and conference papers, published 6 textbooks and has four patents.
