Don Ebert has been a member of ICIE since 1980 when it was known as The University Without Walls. At the time he was an associate professor of educational psychology at the University of Manitoba.  Prior to that he taught at the University of Oregon and Central Washington State College.  He has been at Portland Community College seventeen years - as Director of Tutoring for ten years and chair of Developmental Education for one."
